I've decided to start something new and fun. 10 Random Facts About Me. While some may seem plain and simple hopefully some are interesting or intriguing, but in general it should help you all get to know me a little better, or at least learn a little something new about me. Every so often I'll post a new 10 Random Facts About Me featuring a different theme.
Today the theme is I Have Never...
- I have never broken a bone in my body.
- I have never gone trick or treating.
- I have never believed in Santa Claus....until now. (yes, I'm kidding, of course, but only about the now part)
- I have never had a taste of alcohol. Okay, technically that's not true. I have. By accident. Jeff and I were poured a glass of champagne for a toast at a wedding. I thought it was sparkling cider and I was right to think so. The rest of our table had been given sparkling cider-which is odd since Jeff and I were 20 at the time and looked every bit our age, if not younger, and all the other couples were a whole decade older than us. That first sip was quite shocking! Afterward, I still thought it was cider....that had gone sour. It wasn't until a few minutes later that the amused older crowd informed me of the truth. Ha!
- I have never cooked a turkey. (that's not surprising though)
- I have never ridden on a motorcycle.
- I have never been able to keep a fish alive for more than a few days.
- I have never had a real live Christmas tree in my home.
- I have never been to Prom.
- I have never been out of the country overseas. (just Mexico)
- And, last but not least (ahem...#11):
